Logistic Manager

We are on the behalf of our costumer Schneder looking for a consultant to act as a logistic manager at one of their plants in Stockholm. As acting manager you will be responsible for all flow-related aspects in the plant such as logistics optimization and inventories optimization. You will also be in charge of employee training and safety awareness.
You will have an important role in helping the site manager to reach the plants goals and deliver their services to the costumers with great satisfaction aligned with the Schneider Production System ( SPS)

As logistic manager your main responsibility’s will be to
• Drive supply chain development within the plant
• Handle the logistic department cost
• Organize the flow of materials & resources within the department to reach a good service level & inventory level that optimize the resources in the plant
• Lead and coach employee in the department
• Make sure that all employees have knowledge about new law regulations and routines within work environment
• Lead and improve plant flow performance by applying the SPS principles ( waiting queue-MPH-Pull flow-warehousing efficiency)

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a university degree and several years of working experience as logistics manager or equivalent. You should be comfortable with leading a group of people and to take action when necessary. You should also have a god understanding of process optimization and problem solving.
