Logistic Specialist

Your Role

In this challenging job you are given a key role to lead & set up projects within supply chain and logistics. To achieve this you will work in close cooperation with production, logistics and the supply chain organizations. In the role as Project Manager & Buisness Developer within Supply Chain & Logistic you will lead both operational & - business development projects in a local and global environment setup.

The main tasks are:

* Lead & manages operatinonal- & business development projects within supply chain and logistics throughout the whole project lifecycel.
* Set up, monitoring and execute the project plans according to timeline and budgets, contributing with knowledge and expertise with in supply chain, logistic and production.
* Managing relationships with steakholders both internal and external in a global environment.
* Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.



* Collaborate closely with various functional teams (production, logistics & supply chain) to design and implement improvement projects within supply chain and logistics and togeterher global stakeholdes.

Your profile

You are an engaged, analytic and process driven project leader with a background in supply chain and logistics. You have a problem-solving attitude and curiously navigate in the opportunities to find new ways to challenge the status quo.

As a person you need to go that extra mile and you enjoy working in a dynamic, changing environment and have experience working with the lean startup toolbox and leading manufacturing design processes. You are processes driven team player with great communication skills and find it easy to interact with different stakeholders.

Required skills:

* B.Sc/M.Sc. or minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within supply chain and business development
* Minumum 3 years experience as Poject leader or in Business Development
* Ability to lead complex logistic ad supply chain projects management with considerable multidisciplinary complexity
* Knowledge and demonstrated ability to implement digitalization project in supply chain
* Ability to understand, interpret and apply statistics to problem solving efforts
* Ability to work independently with high accountability and integrity
* Excellet knowledge of Excel & good knowledge in MS Project
* Execellet in Swedish & English language - writte and spoken is a reqierment.

* Ability to lead IT and digital transformation projects within supply chain & logistics
* Knowledge in IFS (MPR)
* Strategic thinking with an analytical ability
* Structured with high planning ability
* Leadership characteristics with a high focus on the team

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
