We are looking for a new colleague to join our 12-person strong logistics team, working with the entire global supply chain to ensure our shoes and accessories reach our quality-aware customers worldwide. The tasks consist of planning, booking, and monitoring deliveries, handling and follow-up on documents, invoices, and customs work. Our joint challenge is to make sure we ship our goods in accordance with delivery plans, environmental policies, and domestic specific requirements that apply.
You have daily contact with our forwarders, warehouses, customers, and customs authorities. We believe that you have relevant post-secondary education and previous experience of logistics and/or product flows, for example in purchasing. It is an advantage if you have knowledge in sustainability logistics, international transport systems, and warehousing systems. Our corporate language is English, and it is a plus if you also speak German, as Germany is our largest individual market.
As a person, you are thorough, structured, and used to working independently. You also have close collaboration with the rest of your team and ongoing contact with other departments, especially sales and purchasing. Important tools for your daily work are our business data system Navision and Excel (MS Office).
Our office offers a workstation in our own designer house, overviewing the sea and the new town district to be, Västerport. Just a 5-minute walk from the train station. You will have 100+ professional colleagues working together to stay in control of all the steps from design ideas to ready-made shoes through vast knowledge and well-selected channels. On your side, you will have a dedicated team working together under the manifest “Always a We,” Last but not least, our office includes a fully equipped mini factory where we make all first full-scale prototypes. We can also enjoy our on-site concept store, right at our office entrance.
This is a parental leave position starting April 2022 and one year forward, placed at our global head office in Varberg.
