Logistics Analyst / Customer Service Representativ

We have an immediate opening for an individual in our Supply Chain organization at AkzoNobel in Stenungsund. In this position you will work 50% with analyses and administration for External Logistics and 50% with Customer Service. You will be the link between customers and transporters world-wide and Surface Chemistry’s supply chain processes. In the position you will have the opportunity to build a strong network and to gain a diverse experience within supply chain.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Logistic analyses and other freight related tasks
• Maintain SAP with freight and price data
• Receipt of orders, input into SAP, order status control, monitoring, invoicing, providing shipping documents and follow up
• Be responsible for returns handling and complaints

• Academic degree in Economy or Logistics or corresponding experience/competence
• 2 years’ experience from administrative tasks
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel and IT environment
• Fluent in English both written and verbally, preferably also in Swedish
• Experience from working in a global environment.

You are confident in your own expertise and deliver results while maintaining a high quality in your work. You are a good communicator both verbally and in writing. You have the ability to operate both externally and internally within the company, to create long and successful business relations.
