Logistics Analyst for Northern & Central Europe

About the position
We are now searching for a Logistics Analyst to join the Stockholm office for a full time, permanent, position to be appointed as soon as possible. In this role you will report to the Logistics Manager Northern & Central Europe, still to be appointed, and in the mean time you will directly to the VP of Logistics based in Parma, Italy. Your main areas of responsibility will be to manage the budget process throughout the N&CE area and provide logistic analysis on economic-, physical- and service level KPI?s. Further, you will work to keep logistics cost YTD situation under control, analyze deviations and define necessary corrective actions together with your direct manager. Naturally, you will also be part of improvement projects and various ad hoc tasks common within a logistics department.

Key Accountabilities
- Measure, analyze and control logistics activities for Barilla Northern & Central Europe.
- Support the management in logistics projects and also drive own projects and work proactively with continuous improvements.
- Co-operate within the Barilla organization regarding logistics cost and performance.
- Take full ownership of management reporting systems BPC and LC&P and take part in the logistics Estimate-, Monthly closing- and Budget process for Northern and Central Europe.
- Logistics KPIs (collect, measure and analyze).

Your profile
We believe that you have an academic degree within logistics, finance or the like, and approximately 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a person you are driven and analytical with a structured way of working and a ?Can Do? mindset. We trust that you have an interest in logistics and controlling tasks, as well as solid knowledge of MS Office tools as well as SAP. Aside from this, your verbal and written skills in Swedish and English are advanced, you enjoy working with international contacts and you demonstrate an openness and willingness to grow in your professional role.
