Nobia, Europe's leading kitchen specialists with 15+ brands, including Marbodal, HTH, Magnet and Sigdal, is in the most ambitious period in the company's history and is now looking for a Logistics Analyst to our Nordic Logistic organisation, and the position will be based at our new factory in Jönköping.
About the Role
Now you have chance to join the team that forms the future logistics process for Nobia in the Nordics. If you have a strong interest in structuring and analysing data to support development of logistics processes to find the optimum balance between service and costs, this is the role for you.
In the role as Logistics Analyst, you will support with data and analyses of logistics processes to reach operational excellence in the Nordics. You will work with a total cost- and service focus from a regional perspective on both an operative and strategic level.
Since the organisation and the processes is in a built-up face you will have a great opportunity to form your own future.
Responsibilities
• Contribute with logistic expertise and data analyses within new and ongoing projects.
• Contribute on both an operational and tactical level on structuring data for KPI:s and performance monitoring.
• Conduct pre-studies and investigations.
• Prepare data and information for negotiations.
• Contribute with logistic expertise and analyses to develop the logistics organisation.
• Contribute to develop the Logistic initiatives to support Nobia strategy.
• Ensuring good cooperation with logistics stakeholders
To be successful in this role we think that you have…
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and the impact of key decisions.
• Experience from analysing logistics data and processes.
• Experience from calculating and analysing transport costs.
• Understanding of all logistics processes.
• Documented experience from presenting data for data driven decision making within logistics.
• Experience from developing data driven reports.
• Experience from working with Tableu or other BI systems.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries & levels to get results.
• Contribute with logistic expertise and act as a resource to develop the logistics organisation.
• Analytical thinking from a holistic perspective
• Financial understanding.
• A fluent english language, both verbal and written
Other competences that we appreciate
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries & levels to get results.
• Stakeholder management using influencing.
• SAP experience is seen as an advantage.
The role is located in Jönköping but traveling 5 times per year is required.
