Logistics and Customer Services Manager
BioLamina is currently looking for a dedicated, meticulous and service oriented Logistics and Customer Services manager to strengthen our team. In Logistics and Customer Service you will be in contact with customers from more than 35 countries with responsibility for the complete ordering and shipping process. You will also play an important role in keeping the internal operations running smoothly and building of capacity for the future, with daily interactions with our Production and Sales teams.
You will be working in our office and production facility in Sundbyberg in a highly multicultural environment.
The position is a time limited employment for at least 12 months to cover for a planned maternity leave. As BioLamina is rapidly expanding and the volume of orders is expanding, there is also a chance the position will become permanent.
Responsibilities
Handling of the complete ordering process: Communication with customers, preparation of quotes, receiving and preparing orders, invoicing of customers.
Uphold excellent service levels to customers, e.g. keeping response times and delivery times
Building of good relations with customers and suppliers
Handling of internal and external logistics: Prepare packages for shipping, ordering of freight and follow-up delivery of packages. Ordering and receipt of production, research and office materials.
Collaboration with Production and Sales departments to assist coordination and planning.
Playing an active part in continuous improvements for streamlining processes and exploring possibilities of building of capacity efficiently in the department.
Keeping documentation of Logistics and Customer Service processes relevant and up to date.
Qualifications
Sense of accountability, with attention to details.
Problem solver with collaborative mindset.
Excellent English skills.
Good IT skills – prior experience from working with SAP Business One or other order handling system is a plus.
Proactive and aptitude for learning new things and willingness for change.
Location
The office is in central Sundbyberg, Stockholm, with good communications through public transportation (SL), e.g. subway, light railway, and commuter trains. There are also indoor parking opportunities available.
