About the role:
Samsung is looking for a Logistics and Customs Coordinator!
The role regards logistics coordination as well as customs handling for goods purchased both within and outside of the EU and sold in the Nordic countries. Customs clearance is handled by a customs broker and logistic services are outsourced but all related documents, data and control is done within this role. Knowledge in customs handling is essential.

Main responsibility:
• Support the organization with customs knowledge, when new logistics routes are implemented.
• Control declarations, completed by broker.
• Monitoring Daily declaration/Monthly Declaration and upload in SAP
• Coordinate in handling GSP + FTA certificate
• Various administrate support related to customs work.
• Material Master Handling in registration of new materials and coordination of this information within the organization as well as maintenance or data in SAP related to chemical tax.
• Various reports weekly or monthly both within and outside of the organization, for instance of aging stock, SCB-reports, stock-in transit etc.
• B- and C-grade sales (returned products)
• Various logistics support and coordination such as IMEI scanning follow up, delivery verification.
• Inventory and cost control of logistics activities.
The Logistics and Customs Coordinator is reporting to SENA Sales Operation manager within the Process Innovation department. In the daily work the coordinator is in contact with the customs broker, the logistics department, order administration, product managers, etc.
Requirements:
• The Customs coordinator should have at least 2 years experience of customs handling relating to goods in- and outbound within and outside of the EU, bonded and non-bonded goods, as well as, good understanding of related rules and legislation´s in the Nordics.
• Experience in SAP and data handling in Excel is essential.
• Fluent in both verbal/written Swedish and English.
• It is appreciated if you are flexible; enjoy analysis and work strategically to improve daily processes.
