Axel Arigato is offering a full-time position for a highly structured and innovative Logistics Business Developer to join our Distribution team at our Gothenburg HQ.
The Business Developer position involves developing all the company’s logistics chains and processes (outbound, inbound, and returns) as well as sales channels (online, retail, and wholesale). It’s expected to work close to areas such as IT, customer service, and supply chain to reach set goals.
We are looking for a team player with an interest in processes and technology, with exceptional quality orientation, and excellent organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate has a results-driven mindset, can drive projects autonomously, keep tight deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders. You enjoy transforming singular challenges into scalable solutions which empower you to excel in challenging one-off situations as well as in scaling environments.
Responsibilities
• Supporting set-up and roll-out of cross- and in-market projects in Logistics, either as project lead, project team member, or provider of input at specific steps
• Manage external development projects such as new transport methods for channels and markets
• Drive customer-facing operational projects and improve Customer Satisfaction
• Coordinate projects between internal departments
• Take a lead role in developing and enhancing operational procedures
• Participate in structured and unstructured communication to ensure clarity around all steps and ultimate goals. Follow-up these with stakeholders and against timelines
• Continuously improve overall project logistics operations
• You will support logistics improvement and/or software integration projects
• Present outcome to different teams
Requirements
• A degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 1-year relevant project management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with experience in e-com or retail logistics/operations.
• Experience from a fashion company is considered an advantage
• Experience in strategic communication both internally and externally
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, innovation, and attention to detail
• Excellent problem analytical skills, empathy, curiosity, creative thinking, and strengths in execution
• Proficiency in MS Office package and Google Workspace, knowledge of SAP, SQL or QlikSense is a plus,
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in English
