Verisure is seeking for a passionate and dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team and be a part of our growing operations within the Supply Chain.

Primary responsibilities:
In this role you will monitor and follow up the operational logistics flow in the supply chain including transportation, 3PL warehousing, and customs. You will continuously review and develop our process descriptions and instructions for all active processes within the Supply Chain, as well as assist in projects related to the logistics area.
Transportation:
You will be responsible for the day to day monitoring of the transportation flow, corresponding with the internal and external stakeholders, and occasional transportation booking. In addition, you will monitor lead times in our system ‘View my Box’ and do KPI follow up/reporting together with invoice control.
3PL warehousing:
In this role you will be the single point of contact regarding operational questions from our 3PL warehouses and do the daily monitoring of the picking order flow and making sure the WMS system and ERP system are connecting accurately. You will be responsible for producing and sending weekly forecasts to the 3PL regarding picking orders and answer questions regarding returned gods.
Customs:
Our 3PL’s customs handles the customs clearance and you will be the single point of contact on all customs questions between the 3PL customs department and our internal and external stakeholders. You will be giving support in general questions, as well as reviewing and updating the tariff numbers in the ERP system to make sure they are correct.
What you bring
* Prior experience in coordinating logistic operations and administration
* Experience in customs and transportation
* Good understanding of logistics flows
* Experience in managing customers and warehouse relationships
* Confident user of different ERP/IT systems
* Pro-active attitude combined with flexibility in addressing different situations
* Analytical mindset, having both a holistic view as well as strong attention to detail, able to identify optimization opportunities and alternative solutions
* Capacity to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* You are an independent problem solver that can set priorities, make high-quality judgments, and enable efficient decision making
* Enthusiastic and high energy individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
