Logistics Coordinator (25053)
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our rental stations with the movement and administration of our fleet of cars to support the efficiency of operations.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Owning the fleet movement process, to support our operation team.
Managing transporter load booking, invoicing processing and transporter efficiency
Transport coordinate and plan own trucks in Stockholm area
Volume planning, and undertaking business process reporting
Fleet metric management and taking responsibility for departmental training
Commercial call/Operational call responsibility
Reporting – Monitor monthly spends/mileage/loads/inefficient shuttles etc.
Execute 1-way promotions (setup stations and tracking).
Book in fleeting/defleeting transportation
Licensee car transportation
Ensuring that vehicles are shuttled to field operations in a timely nature making sure that the need for the shuttle is in line with heuristics guidelines
Fleet administration tasks with regards to infleet and defleet of cars
Tyres changes
Help and support colleagues in both the Swedish fleet team and the Scandinavian Logistics team

Key Accountabilities:
Continually monitors shuttling costs and other performance metrics against defined operational targets and works with the Operational team and suppliers to ensure that targets are met
Manages shuttling activity in off-peak periods to maximise the number of vehicles available at peak periods
Promotes effective communication and cooperation with all district, operations, Head office and external stakeholders.
Monitors operations and customer feedback related to vehicle availability and works to improve performance
Regularly assesses the internal transportation performance and where issues are identified works to remedy using a data-driven approach.
Works with Infleeting and Defleeting processes to review all transportation needs and ensure these are scheduled effectively and uploaded or closed in our systems properly.
Efficient planning and use of drivers and own trucks
During tyres season plan, follow up and make sure tyres are changed accordingly
Manages, reviews and where necessary approves shuttling activities/Purchase Orders

Requirements:
3+ years work experience
Experience in traffic coordinating
Use to manage different tasks at the same time.
Ability to build strong relationships
Proficient computer skills including Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
Ability to learn new technology.
Good analytical, creative problem solving and organizational skills
