Job Description
We are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to our client who is a multinational corporation that develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods. In this role you will handle pick/pack and shipments, handle follow-ups and tracking, communicate/escalate transportation issues with carriers and internal departments, handle returns from customers, handle refill orders from main warehouse, support inventory counts and recall and stop shipment handling.

Qualifications
- Language requirement: Swedish and/or English languages (write, read, and speak)
- Computer & System knowledge (order systems, ERP systems)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Personal qualities
To thrive in the role as a Logistics Coordinator you need to have a sense of urgency - ability to proactively sense and act on problems and opportunities and a willingness to act quickly. You are a fast learner with a positive mindset and attitude, we also believe you have excellent communication skills. Furthermore, you are attentive to details, customer focused and flexible.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-05-02 and is expected to run until 2022-11-02 with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Stockholm.
