Logistics Coordinator

As Logistics Coordinator you will be a key player to coordinate logistic activities for our Nordics region, by mainly handling operational admin tasks linked to transport and warehouse topics around the region. You will be the first point of contact when it comes to daily operations with our suppliers withing warehousing and transports. More concretely investigate claims, stock deviations, transportation follow up, administrate invoices and co-packing.
This is a temporary position, for 18 months. This position is based in our office in Solna, with the flexibility to work remote. You will be reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager, who is based in Poland and join a team of 6 other ambitious professionals in Logistics team in the Baltic and Nordic countries.
Your main responsibilities:

Invoice handling, creating purchase orders and follow up costs
Communicate with suppliers, internal stakeholders etc. to achieve high quality of delivery to our customers
Secure correct stock data in SAP & NAV, utilize IT and other resources to optimize processes
Handle transport pallet transactions with pallet pools and suppliers
Create co-pack instructions
Claim follow up
Prepare reports & support team in projects
Looking for new solutions to support quality, efficiency and costs reduction in logistics process
And others assigned tasks



In order to be successful in the role we believe that you are:
You are fluent in English and Swedish (or another Nordic language)
Well organized and good in communication
Service minded and solution oriented
Enjoying working with system linked tasks mixed with some investigation and problem solving
Fluent in Excel and preferably previously worked in SAP and/or NAV
You preferably have experience in working with logistics or supply chain
