We are now hiring a Logistics Coordinator to our headquarters in Vikmanshyttan, Dalarna.
With production facilities in China, warehouses in Europe and USA, a well-performing logistic set up is a pre-condition to secure delivery of financial-, operational- and ESG targets. You will play a very important role in an innovative and exiting environment with a mix of operational and strategic tasks.
What you do
As our Logistics Coordinator your focus is the CTEK’s global logistics flow. In close cooperation with the rest of the logistic team and with firm controlling of Warehouses and Forwarders globally, you secure a high service level of deliveries to customers. The role therefore require that you can travel.
You will;
- Quickly act on and solve operational logistic related disturbances
- Manage and develop Logistics Suppliers by systematic follow up and continuous improvement
- Execute plans, realize benefits, and report improvements such as cost savings and lead time reduction
- Handle and also support organization with Custom Clearance related issues
- Be a part of the transformation of the Product Realization Organization in accordance with the Business Plan to secure delivery of financial-, operational and ESG targets

Your skills
Experience from similar role is an advantage and a university degree is preferred. Specialization in Supply Chain Management/Logistics and experience from tendering and procurement is a plus. We are continuously developing our administrative tools for e.g., demand planning and transport booking which require an interest to learn new skills. Fluent in English, oral and written, is mandatory.
