About the position
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our client, a major player in the automotive industry. This is a full-time position where the work takes place on-site at their office in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll manage and verify invoices from transport providers, ensuring accuracy against agreed price lists and shipment records. Your responsibilities include maintaining a master list of shipments and associated costs, updating it with data from the control tower, and validating additional charges. You’ll handle invoice discrepancies, escalate unresolved issues, and approve accurate invoices for payment. Additionally, you may analyze data and support the operational team. To excel as a Logistics Coordinator, certain skills and traits are invaluable. You should have a sharp eye for detail to ensure accuracy in verifying invoices and managing shipment data.
