About your job

We are now looking for a talented Logistics Coordinator to join the team in Stockholm. Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the distribution, logistic and customer service operations on the Danish and Norwegian markets including warehouse logistic.

This means, you will be in charge of supporting the following tasks:

- Maintain a professional relationship with our Logistic Service Providers
- Manage all inventories, including periodical stock counts and necessary inventory reporting
- Coordinate and control of all activities related to obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses and certificates relating to importation, storage, sales etc.
- Cooperate with and support other departments like Customer Service, Demand Planning in order to secure smooth Logistic operations and project implementation
- Prepare sales reporting and provide ad-hoc analysis when requested
- Initiate Continuous Improvement activities, aiming to Logistics harmonization within Nordics

You have:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years of experience of Supply Chain/Logistics
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in corporate English
- Outstanding analytic skills and an exceptional drive to resolve issues
- Good Excel knowledge
