Logistics Coordinator with eight arms

What do you want to do?

Have you ever been called an octopus? Great, hopefully it was not due to your appearance but rather your ability to multitask and keep eight things in your hands (or should we say tentacles) at once!

As our new Logistics Coordinator, you will be the go to person for all of Tobii’s logistic needs. You will be working with both organizing how we work with logistics as well as hands on picking and packing shipments to our clients and customers.

Where you´ll work

You will be located in our Swedish office in Danderyd where 500 happy Tobiians from all business units work together in a dynamic and friendly environment, only a few minutes from the subway. Our coffee is quite nice, people visiting us often say “Wow, I can’t believe all this energy!” and our meeting rooms are named after eye parts, movie characters and games. We have everything from design, development and sales to production right here in the building.

In this role, you will succeed together with your colleagues in a high paced environment. Your ability to do several things at once and your cooperation skills will be the keys to your success. We are an ISO-certified company, so an organized mind might come in handy too.

You will work with a stellar flock of eight-armed creatures just like yourself and report to Ross,Tobii's Manager of Logistics.

Your days will be filled with

- Processing orders
- Picking, packing and sending Tobii products
- Helping our business units with their shipment needs

We are looking for someone with:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Visma
- A customer focused mindset and great communication skills
- Suction cups on their arms

We also find it to be a strong merit if you have knowledge in ISO requirements.
