Logistics Developer

Logistics Developer, Logistics team in Purchasing Operations Area North Europe, Älmhult, Sweden.

About you

To be successful in this role you need to have minimum 3 years of experience working within the field of Industrial Logistics. We also see that you have experience of working with production planning and supply planning as well as proven track of delivering results.

We also believe that you have:
-Pro-active, analytical and holistic view with passion for details and customer in focus
-Energy and drive for constantly improve our ways of working.
-Team player and able to engage and motivate others
-Possessing administrative skills and able to handle multiple tasks
-Strong communication and coaching skills

About the assignment
-Lead logistics development
-Contribute to value chain development with total cost approach
-Securing excellence in running the planning and delivery processes
-Planning and optimizing flow in the sending perspective
-Cooperate with the transport organisations to reach the lowest delivery cost
-Securing implementations of ways of working, processes and systems & tools
-Secure high degree of compliance across the Purchase Operations Area by maintaining alignment in agreed ways of working, and working methods.
-Keep updated logistics material on the supplier portal
-Support the New business team with logistics expertise
-Super user assignment in process and tools
