Logistics Developer /Operational support Manager, Arla (Fixed term)

We are looking for a Logistics Project Leader & Business Developer for Logistics in Sweden who will be based in Stockholm. This is a 9 month fixed term assignment with desired start date in February 2022.

About the job

As Logistics Project Leader & Business Developer at Arla you will be part of Logistics Sweden and the leadership team where you will be responsible for analyzing and driving improvement projects. You will project lead bigger projects, and also act as counterpart for logistics in other main projects. Furthermore, you will provide operational support to Sr Director of Logistics. Areas of responsibility also include:

Analyzing logistics development, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and developing improvements proposals.
Facilitate improvements for transport, warehouse, planning and production.
Supporting in Strategy development and secure logistical operational performance.
Supporting collaboration within Sweden Logistics.


In this role you will report directly to the Sr Director of Logistics, Sweden. As you will work with stakeholders within Sweden Supply Chain this role will include some travel activity.

Who are you

We are looking for someone who ideally has a relevant university degree combined with experience from transportation, distribution, Warehousing, planning etc. In order to be successful in this role we believe that you have:

Strong analytical skills
Strong Communication and presentation skills
Efficient Stakeholder alignment
Ability to build positive collaboration and relationships


As a person you are driven and ambitious by nature and you bring energy and initiative to the projects you take part in. Your planning skills are solid, and your analytical skills and ability to conceptualise means that you create tangible results. Furthermore, you are familiar with change management and development, just as you have a sound financial understanding and a keen commercial focus.
