Are you a senior Logistics Manager who wants to work at a new established manufacturing player in Europe in the field of renewable energy?

Job description:
As Logistic Manager you will ensures efficient and customer focused manufacturing planning, buying, internal material flow and warehousing. 
Among other things, you will have key responsibility for to: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making so that the strategy for Ett related to manufacturing planning, purchasing and internal material flow is aligned with the long-term vision, mission, and objectives of the organization.
Oversee the budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and maintain professional standards.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop professional staff to ensure the quality, validity, and credibility of the organization's activities.
Responsible for planning manufacturing orders prioritized on customer focus and efficient flow
Responsible for buying at Ett to ensure manufacturing operations
Responsible for efficient internal material handling and warehousing operations.
Ensures excellent working processes in own department and continuously develops them
Has full managerial responsibility for the team.
Accountable for developing new methods, tools and processes.  Responsible for sharing of best practices.
Ensure adherence to Northvolt Code of Conduct, applicable legislation and established policies and guidelines within area of responsibility.
Accountable for environment, health and safety as per local legislation, policies etc.
Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and/or organizational problems.
Qualifications/education/experience: Fluent in English
Qualifying if you speak the "automotive language" and have a lot of knowledge about cars and car manufacturing.
Excellent in manufacturing planning methods like MRP, Detailed scheduling, Lean planning
Excellent in warehouse planning, stock control and warehouse mgmt   
Very knowledgeable in purchasing
Structured problem solving methods
