Logistics Manager to Thule Group in Hillerstorp
Are you a natural leader, pro-active and having a “hands on” approach? Then you might be our new Logistics Manager! Your task will be to ensure good product availability of customer and distribution orders leaving the Hillerstorp plant lead and also securing a good material flow to production in Hillerstorp.
The challenge is multifaceted. You are expected to support the team to meet high delivery performance targets in a company with seasonal fluctuations. Furthermore develop and follow up routines for production planning, material handling and stock levels and as well run the continuous improvement efforts within the Logistics function. Therefore, you also have an important mission to continue developing the Logistics organization and improving the production planning competence and routines for the plant.

We want you to have a few years of experience and proven success in leading and developing a Logistics department in an international environment. As a person you are eager to move forward and always strive to improve – and you gladly share this ambition and energy to others. You thrive in an organization with high speed and rapid changes and are focused and result-oriented. We prefer that you have experience from working within FMCG and a degree within relevant education. Strong knowledge of ERP-system, preferably Infor M3, as well as a good level of MS Office. High level of Swedish and English in speech and writing is mandatory.
