Logistics Manager - Asphalt Production (Warszawa. Poland)
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Logistics Manager for our own asphalt Plants. Responsible for optimizing the cost, performance, and logistic mobilization of equipment/machines, considering project needs, internal rules, and profitability criteria.
Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities
· Cost and scope analysis of all materials supply for own Asphalt Plants.
· Supervision of lean management of materials to avoid shortages or extra cost of working capital.
· Report to Director of Asphalt Production and Procurement Manager
Requirements
· At least 5 years of experience in work in the purchase or cost control department and/or relevant experience in work in construction company
· High Experience in the negotiation of aggregates and asphalt
· Technical raw materials education is an asset
· Organizational Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of English
· Very good negotiation skills
Other Information
· All the teams will be Polish or only with the possibility to communicate in English.
· Salary could be higher if the candidate is suitable.
