Job description
We are looking for a Logistics Manager with experience in major IT-related projects, for an interim assignment to a company within the retail industry! 

The main purpose of the Logistics Manager is to be responsible for all physical flow of goods in the company, the inventory levels and movements across all stock locations, as well as for all customs related procedures. The role is as well the business process owner (BPO) for all business processes related to the flow of goods and inventory and the system expert related to supply chain functionalities of the ERP system. 

We are looking for a driven person who is a strong communicator with good collaboration skills and with utmost attention to detail. You are a doer.

Responsibilities
In the position as Logistics Manager, the following will be included in your areas of responsibilities: 
Efficient logistics flow from ex factory to warehouse and to final destination
Efficient warehouse operations in collaboration with 3PL
Inventory management across all stock locations
Customs clearance processes and procedures
System and business process ownership for all supply chain processes 
Analytics and reporting on logistics flows and inventory levels
Logistics cost management
Team leadership and budget responsibility
Initiate and maintain a good relationship with colleagues as well as stakeholders outside the company 


Qualifications
Who are you? 
5-7 years expertise working within a similar position in the FMCG / retail sector
Experience in warehouse or inventory management
Advanced experience with ERP software, ideally Infor M3, and Excel
Experience from major IT-related projects within logistics 
Analytical skills to read and interpret inventory and sales reports
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in Swedish and English - written and spoken
