For this role, we are looking for a Logistics Officer for a big power equipment manufacturer in Sweden.
The OTF team (Order To Fulfillment), within Parts Supply Chain, handles and administrate shipping of Parts and Maintenance Units to customers around the world and to their internal Distribution Centre (DC) and Regional Distribution Centers (RDC), including issuing all relevant export documentation.
As a Logistics Officer in the OTF Team you’ll play a vital role in Part Supply Chain handling administrative work of an order, from initial contact with their DC to coordination and follow-up of transportation to Regional Warehouses and to the clients end customers.
You will focus on:
Main contact to RDC and DC
Coordinate the parts flow to Market Companies and end customers
Plan, coordinate and book all transports to RDC, DC and final customers
Responsible for invoicing and issuing all relevant export documentation
Assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time, at the lowest cost
Work in close cooperation with the clients warehouse and forwarders to meet daily/weekly deadlines
Required skills:
Experience from other or preferably similar administrative work.
Familiar with the Microsoft Office package.
Good SAP knowledge
Shipping experience
Good communication skills. (You need to be fluent in English both written and verbally.)
