THE OPPORTUNITY

In Boozt we have a highly automated warehouse using robotic solutions with the biggest Autostore solution in the world. We run numerous automated processes and use data intelligently. We want to expand on these logistic processes and are looking for someone to help on that.

You will be working in the Platform team that has built most of the technology being used including the warehouse management system. Here you will be working on documenting, improving and monitoring the logistic processes together with the Head of Logistic Applications and the Data System Director in close collaboration with our Supply Chain Team and the Fulfillment Center at the warehouse.

You will be working both at the main office in Malmö and in the Fulfillment Center in Ängleholm. This is a new responsibility area and you will therefore have the possibility to shape the role and be a part of which technologies and tools you will use.



WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Analyse existing processes, procedures and systems, identifying improvements
- Suggest technical implementation projects and follow these closely with the development teams
- Define KPI’s and monitor these close with the data experts
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements in the systems, process and procedures
- Develop models for capacity, productivity, delivery times, inventory levels, resources etc. close together with management
- Help out exploring requirements for new markets and product categories
- Help out creating training material and processes for logistic employees


YOUR PROFILE

- Proven experience on documenting and improving IT related logistics or business processes
- BS or MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a other related technical field.
- Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
- Experience from warehouse and/or logistics is preferred


To be successful in this role you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you are able to take responsibility for your own projects, be proactive and prioritize between different tasks.
