Logistics Project Manager - Operational responsibility to serve customers in Norway, Sweden and Finland excellent logistics solutions and thereby support local sales teams to achieve turnover target.


Job Description
Your contribution to something big
Warehouse & Transport
- Main contact between Bosch units and the warehouse & transport providers & Customs Office
- Coordinate daily operations of the warehouse & transport to customers together with the external warehouse and transport providers
- Management & support of customs clearance topics from Sweden to Norway and returns from Norway to Sweden, contact to Customs Broker
- Monitor, control and report the logistics KPIs, measure and analyse deviations in performance
- Initiate, implement and follow-up improvement measurers together with the warehouse, forwarders and Bosch GS and Bosch PT units

IT
- SAP logistics modules Key-user
- Support the warehouse provider to optimise WMS usage in order to improve warehouse performance and increase productivity
- Coordinate transport providers systems usage at the warehouse together with the LSP
- Key-user of the reporting systems to monitor the logistics operators performance

Project Management
- Lead the local projects related to warehouse and transport providers processes and improved performance requirements
- Manage locally the centrally driven Bosch projects related to warehouse processes and distribution changes
- Lead of the projects based on customers logistics requirements which need process changes at the warehouse or in distribution or Bosch logistics processes to meet the customer requirement in the optimum way

Substitute
- Substitute of the Local Logistics Manager
- Daily operational tasks shared between the local logistics team members



Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Master degree in supply chain management
few year’s experience in logistics operations, specially lead, coordinate and control LSP
good IT skills with tendency to switch manual routines to IT supported solutions as well experience in ERP systems (SAP) and wms solutions
team player, initiative taking and shelf steering attitude
positive for independent working conditions
good stress management
positive for flexible working hours
language skills min fluent Swedish and English
