Logistics Solution Lead – Global Logistics

We are currently looking for a Logistics Solution Lead.
As Logistics Solution Lead you will be part of defining and prioritizing the logistics strategic direction and transforming it into actual solutions. You will continuously link and align Logistics priorities with stakeholders within H&M for both large scale development needs as well as smaller improvements. As Solution Lead, you evaluate and prioritize improvement initiatives and act as a key Logistics partner for cross-functional collaboration of IT-related Logistics projects/initiatives with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead the continuous alignment of Logistics projects/initiatives in context of all Logistics initiatives with Business Functions and Business Tech
Support the process of defining the strategic agenda and break it down and execute on roadmaps and key initiatives
Support the timing alignment of technology relevant priorities, planning and resources for larger scale development needs as well as smaller improvements from logistics
Act as key Logistics partner for cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders within H&M and external partners
Drive and support decision making by providing commercially relevant alternatives for decisions with sound suggestions.
Conducting risk assessment from a Logistics solution perspective and propose Logistics solutions
Act as single point of contact for potentials and ad-hoc questions within existing logistics organization



Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in relevant academic field
Strategic logistics and supply chain experience and sound understanding of logistic operational processes
Proven track record and solid knowledge of technology related development needs, priorities, and scaled agile ways of working
Strong understanding of program and project management, prioritization of initiatives & business case development
Superb collaborative mindset and approach for creating and driving close working relations across various functions in- and outside of own function.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics preferably from a matrix organization.
