Job Summary
An exciting opportunity opens within Service Supply Network. Could you imagine yourself in a challenging position in Tetra Pak’s Technical Service, as an important player for Tetra Pak‘s future?
Services Supply Network (SSN) is the organization within Tetra Pak Services which purchases and distributes spare parts and other physical goods to the full Tetra Pak customer base, using a combination of parcel and air freight (and to a lesser degree road and sea). A key success factor to keep our customers satisfied with the service we provide is to have an efficient, professional and customer centric function globally. To fulfil the needs today we have nine distribution centres spread around the world. We are further supported by four regional sales administration centres, that focus on ensuring that customers receive superior support to run their operations in the best way, regardless of their location. SSN Logistics focuses on ensuring that we have globally consistent way of handling the transport logistics in the network, achieving world class service levels while operating cost efficiently and reducing our emission levels.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
We are now looking for a talented logistics analyst (Logistics Solutions Expert) to join our team, with a well-rounded profile that brings strong analytical skills, an interest in daily operations, KPI development, experience managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders, a strong belief in the ability of logistics to create value for our customers, and can-do mindset. We offer a dynamic work environment with short decision paths and a collaborative team spirit.
This role is a nice blend of both short term operational and long term developmental/analytical challenges.
On the operations side, you help us with standard logistics operational tasks such as driving higher level escalations to resolution on a global basis, supporting our various sites with logistics knowledge, and other assorted daily queries.
On the development and analytical side, you will work with developing our logistics network with various challenges that require strong analytical skills including:
Analytical follow up on big data sets
Dive into our datasets and find the problems
Create solutions to the problems that are identified
Work with stakeholders (both internal and external) to drive the solutions to success
Ability to create what-if type models to understand and assess different scenario

We believe you have
The successful candidate has several years of logistics experience from a global organization and is used to work with cross organizational communications, improvements, and implementations. Experience from parcel, road and air freight is beneficial. We believe you have a successful track record of work in a multi-cultural environment in a co-operative manner as well as having good communications skills. Preferably you have been in a Logistics/Process Expert role, with a minimum three years of work experience. The ideal candidate has a track record of finding and implementing improvement opportunities within the logistics area.
The following capabilities are preferred:
Strong analytical capabilities
Ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
Specific Logistics education or university degree
Basic Project Management skills
Basic knowledge of customs processes
Advanced skills in MS Excel is a requirement for the role
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is considered as an advantage
