Job Summary
We are now looking for a Logistics Specialist for Integrated Network Services.
Within Tetra Pak, Services Supply Network is responsible for delivering parts, consumables and other materials to our customers to help them sustain and grow their business. The Integrated Network acts within a dynamic environment, being responsible for securing and optimizing the logistics flow and working to deliver the highest on time in full services for our internal and external customers.
The position will be based in Lund and will report to the Integrated Network Manager Europe.
What you will do
In this position you will be the OTF focal point, working in an efficient way to secure an optimized logistic flow to our customers. You will lead processes changes focusing in a more efficient and productive operation, securing a reliable logistics flow with the highest performance.
As our new colleague, you will:
Secure a reliable logistics flow across Services Supply Network, leading logistics improvements and processes development
Evaluate and redesign the current process, focusing on simplification and cost reduction
Promote a common agenda with the markets to ensure proper communication to reach customer demands, working to guarantee the best logistic setup
Contribute with OTF daily operations, monitoring the bookings flow and the customized requests from markets
Proceed with root cause analysis and establish action plans when needed

We believe you have
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration,
At least 5 years operational experience with Logistics and Supply Chain
Knowledge in SAP R/3, BO and Power BI Tools,
Fluency in English, verbal and written is a must

You can engage people at all levels of the organization while empowering and motivating your own colleagues.
