About Cleint:

Our client, a major supplier to the aviation industry worldwide, seeks a new addition to their supply chain team in Trollhättan. This opportunity involves a "hyrköp" arrangement, wherein you for the first 12 months will be employed by us, with the potential for direct employment by the client thereafter.

Role Purpose/Summary:

In this role you will develop the internal logistics system, drive continuous improvement projects, define methodology/standard work for the internal logistics, manage and monitor performance in the area of internal logistics and internal material flow at site level.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and support the internal logistics system to visualize with a Lean focus and create conditions to minimize internal logistics costs.
• Develop and create new stock removal and placement strategies based on Lean to optimize the usage of storage.
• Optimize the utilization of storage and associated equipment.
• Daily support of material handling and storage
• Create and update master data for materials
• Ensure that the creations of material master data and the material handling process fulfill
• external and global requirements.
• Find best practice and implement on a broader scale
• Identify and work with general improvement activities within internal logistics

Qualifications:

• Bsc/Msc or equivalent in a suitable specialization
• 1-3 years of professional work experience
• Strong drive to continuously improve through Lean
• Knowledge and/or experience from Internal Logistics or similar
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills including presentation techniques
• Basic knowledge in programming
• Good IT knowledge
• Target and result oriented
• Ability to work in a team and independently perform assigned tasks
