Logistics Specialist - temporary assignment

Role Summary/Purpose The production teams primary contact regarding planning, work order and delivery.Update our customers (external and internal) with accurate information about shipment and delivery.Define, drive and implement own personal goals in line with site activities, improvements and metrics.Working cross-functionally with sourcing, warehouse, supply chain and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes. Essential Responsibilities Responsible for products within assign planner number: - Contact for production team, product managers, supply chain managers, regions.- Handle incoming orders and set delivery dates according to production plan.- Release work orders and work with shortage root cause investigation and resolution.- Inventory investigations.- Work to improve rate of turnover, delivery accuracy and quality.- Support CSSX investigations and returned products within assigned production area.- Work with improvements and drive solutions to implementation.- Update parameters in ERP-system. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree from Industrial Finance align with logistics/purchasing/production/data and/or 3 years experience from manufacturing industry, materials or production scheduling.Preferred qualifications: - Oracle knowledge and experience.- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced changing environment.
