JOB SCOPE

In this role, you will monitor overall logistics performance to ensure company's operating standards and standard processes are met, secure and apply continuous improvement and process to ensure logistics competitiveness.

- Monitor overall Logistics Operation
- Analyze, evaluate KPI and execution capability according to the requirement
- Handle adhoc request/report from HQ (incl. ecom)
- Logistics Cost Analysis (incl. ecom) + Inbound Accrual
- Various Support in Process Improvement/Project Coordination (adhoc incl. ecom)
- Insurance/Claim follow up
- Customs Support
- Logistics Contract/RFQ support


POSITION IN ORGANISATION:

- Logistics Team Leader
- SCM PI & Control and Logistics Sr. Manager
- Senior Manager, Sales Operations
- Director Commercial Operation & Process Innovation


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- Bachelor degree (Business or Engineering/Logistics/SCM)
- Advanced Excel and Power point skills
- Good understanding of Logistics operation, supply chain process and database structure and data modelling
- English working proficiency, Korean is highly meriting


EXPERIENCE:

- Project lead- and coordination experience
- Background within Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- Experience in process improvement and change management
- Experience from basic data integration work
- Experience in environment with SAP, BI, and preferably GSCM


SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

- Executor/”Do:er”, entrepreneur qualities/self-learner/sense of responsibility
- Structured and organized
- The ability to communicate and interact effectively within the company across different functions is required
- The ability to multi-task, organize and manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Korean language working skill is highly preferable
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, yet having helicopter view to understand big picture of overall supply chain and logistics
- Flexible, logically minded and tolerant with problem solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Well-presented and professional with strong customer focus.


Practical information
Contract: Consultancy assignment through Ivy Talents.
Duration: Start asap, until april 2023 with possible extension
Location: Kista
Work hours: Office hours, full time (40h/week)
