Kvalifikationer
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Engineering/Logistics/SCM)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good understanding of Logistics operations, supply chain processes, database structures and data modelling
- Experience from basic data integration work
- Experience with SAP, BI, and preferably GSCM
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Job Description
As a Logistics Team Leader, you will monitor overall logistics performance to ensure company's operating standards and standard processes are met, secure and apply continuous improvement and process to ensure logistics competitiveness. You will analyze, evaluate KPI and execution capability according to the requirement. You will handle ad-hoc requests/reports from HQ and manage Logistics Cost Analysis. In this role, you will also support in process improvement and project coordination.

Personal qualities
For this role, you need a high level of organization, time management and attention to detail, yet having helicopter view to understand the big picture of overall supply chain and logistics. We believe you are a multitasking doer with entrepreneur qualities. You are a self-learner with sense of responsibility. You are structured and organized and good at prioritize effectively. To be successful as a Logistics Team Leader you need the ability to communicate and interact effectively within the company across different functions. It is important that you are flexible, logically minded and tolerant with great problem-solving skills. You are analytical and well-presented and professional with strong customer focus.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start ASAP and is expected to run until 2023-04-01 with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our customer Samsung in Stockholm, Kista.
