If the answer is "Yes", then this opportunity might be something for you! We are currently looking for a Logistics Transport Lead within our Operations team.
As a Logistics Transport Lead you act as the key link to H&M Group Brands to support Day -to-Day transport needs, ensure operating standards and drive logistics service and cost performance at a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Ensure standards and rules for operational planning and managing transport flows, incl. outbound deliveries, moves, returns
Collaborate on day-to-day basis with Inbound on Production side and Regional Transport to ensure alignment of activities and handovers
Continuously optimize transport flow for existing network
Support developing business contingency plans in case of unexpected events or incidents impacting transport
Communicate and manage systematic vendor performance issues in close collaboration with Regional Transport and Commercial Advisor.
Support selection and negotiation process
Assist in implementation of strategic initiatives
Support to meet global service level, cost, and productivity performance across all regions.
Collaborate with sales on lead time and customer expectations
Push customer promise focus throughout transport
Show clear commitment for best sustainable outcome
Qualifications
We believe you have:
Preferred Logistics or Supply Chain experience and an understanding of Logistics operational processes.
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain as well as operational capabilities.
Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking.
Strong collaborative mindset and approach for creating and driving close working relations across various functions, internally and externally of own function.
Few years of experience in a Sales or Logistics management capacity.
Competencies:
Deep expertise in operational transport processes to serve online and stores.
Strong understanding of business needs from the New Business brand side for online and stores.
Solid overview on specifics and capabilities across.
All logistics regions serve brand needs.
Strong ability to build effective working relations across various regions/ functions, in-/ outside of Logistics with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent understanding of service levels & implications, if not met.
Clear, concise communication with all stakeholders.
Strong collaborative mindset and approach for close working relations across various functions in and outside of Logistics.
