About the job
As our new payroll and HR administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the payroll process runs smoothly from start to end. You will also be responsible for HR administration with the support of our HR team. Your tasks will include reporting statistics connected to payroll, administration, and support with new recruits to Kvinna till Kvinna, as well as working with our insurance broker, authorities and other stakeholders. You will be working in Hogia, our personnel and payroll system.
You will be joining a team of four other colleagues at our HR and Security Department and report to the Head of the department. You will also work closely with colleagues at our Finance and Administration Department.

About you
You like to work in a development-oriented way regarding processes and systems. You are interested in analysing statistics as well as working data driven.
You are self-driven, engaged, and professional. You enjoy working independently and can easily see how your work connects to that of others, creating smooth workflows and positive cooperation.
You are described as a detailed oriented person with high integrity and professionalism. You want to work in an international organisation, having contact with many colleagues around the world.

You need to at least have
· Relevant education in finance, HR, payroll or equivalent
· Proven work experience from operative payroll administration with good knowledge and understanding of the entire payroll process
· Experience from HR administration
· Swedish and English as working language
Merits
· Experience from Hogia and/or Xledger.
· Work with expatriate staff in an international setting
· Knowledge of French, Arabic or Swahili
· Experience from working internationally
· Experience from working with payroll in the development aid sector and/or non-profit sector

This is a full-time position with a starting probationary period of 6 months. Access as soon as possible. The position is based in Stockholm and travel may occur. You need to have a valid work permit to be considered.
