This job participates to execute the payroll run and all activities related to payroll posting within the company.
How you will contribute
Collection of salary data, processing and transfer to our Payroll Provider
Work with internal reports and statistics to authorities etc.
Prepare accounting documents and documents for the annual report to the finance departments
Monthly reports of employer contributions and reconciliation
Be of support with salary issues
Responsible for ongoing pension and insurance reporting
Options, Special income tax and some processing of Expats
Interpretation / application of collective agreements and applicable laws related to the wage area
Be updated in the tax legislation related to the salary area (e.g. income / salary, cost reimbursements and benefits)
What you will bring
Education and Experience
Education or equivalent, with relevant professional experience in Payroll / Finance/ HR
Knowledge of payroll in Sweden
Staying organised and ability to multitask is required
Able to work efficiently and communicate across a matrix organisation is preferred
Structured and self going required
Skills
Fluent in Swedish and English (Written and Spoken)
Knowledge on laws and regulations regarding payroll in Sweden
Familiar with payroll process systems
Financial posting
MS Office and IT experience
Communication skills across organisations
