MultiMind Bemanning AB söker en Lönechef till ett framgångsrikt modeföretag i Stockholm. Du kommer att tjänstgöra på det nordiska huvudkontoret i city. Tjänsten är en rekrytering, fast anställning hos vår kund på heltid.

 

Responsibilities

 

As a Payroll Manager you are responsible for a payroll team consisting of four people. You are a part of the management team and you will develop tasks within the HR field of the company; including Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. You will deal frequently with the HQ in Spain.

 

The tasks will include:

 

-        Cooperation with the external payroll company regarding ongoing agenda

-        Proactive role in the corporate payroll projects

-        Preparation of monthly reports for the company management

-        Communication with employees regarding discrepancies in the payroll information

-        Maintaining the database for employees

-        Update of the latest information concerning labor law for each country

 

Requirements

 

You have five years of experience from payroll management. You are fluent in Swedish and English. Good knowledge of MS Office is essential. Previous experience in dealing with salaries within the Nordics will be considered an advantage.

As a person you are detail oriented and well-organized with very strong communicational skills. You are furthermore flexible, with a high ambition to learn.
