Key Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a Communicator to help with their Lean Agile transformation.


We are undergoing a significant transformation within the company, which means that we are shifting our development to a lean agile way of working. We are now looking for a motivated communicator to help us with our transformation efforts.


The transformation work is carried out in a network context, and you will be a member of a joint transformation team comprised of transformation leaders and lean agile coaches.


You are responsible for designing and independently driving the communication agenda for the Lean Agile transformation as a communicator.


Among the primary responsibilities are:
Plan for communication and ongoing communication efforts
Meetings, information, and training initiatives are all coordinated.
Collaboration on communication and change management in relation to cultural transfer, new working methods, networks, and experience exchanges
On a broad level, you will lead, plan, coordinate, and implement, but you must also be able to familiarise yourself with and solve operational details.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Relevant higher education, experience with communication work in major transformations, and knowledge of lean agile work environments and SAFe are required.
You are a dedicated and driven communicator and change leader who can engage and inspire both leaders and employees.
You take the initiative, complete your tasks effectively, and quickly establish good relationships and trust within the organisation.
You have excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
You must be fluent, both orally and in writing, and be able to create communication materials, presentations, and information letters on your own.
