Looking for a Devops Engineer in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a DevOps Engineer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
The candidate would plan, deploy, and maintain critical business applications and services with a team of like-minded professionals.
With DevOps procedures, we can help our operations and development teams.
Create and implement appropriate environments for those applications, as well as develop and implement appropriate release management procedures and provide production support.
Plan, deploy, and maintain critical business applications and services with a team of like-minded professionals.

In Agile stand-ups, planning sessions, and deployment activities, represent production support for the domain's suite of apps.
Continuously improve the production environment by driving process improvements and designing automation enhancements.
Using the problem management process, identify recurring issues and work with IT and business partners to resolve them.
As much as possible, the applicant must assist the SysOPS team in automating workflows. It could be things like new user setups, database backups, reporting, and so on.
Create and maintain a massive AWS infrastructure (VPC peering, develop cost-efficient strategies, monitoring, etc.)
Assistance with security patching and cost-cutting activities.
Assist development teams with the DevOps aspects of their current tasks. Install and maintain build agents, terraform libraries, and AWS policies, among other things.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate must have an IT Engineering degree from a university.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant position in a global company (minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience) is required.
Terraform / CloudFormation are two examples of infrastructure as code.
Computer networks and common network protocols are well-understood.
Administration experience with Windows / * nix is a plus.
High degree of drive, self-motivation, curiosity, and good communication skills in English AWS (AWS certifications are a plus)
Working in a DevOps environment is a plus, as is knowledge of at least one programming language.
Experience with any scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is required.
Pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) are being implemented.
Working knowledge of monitoring and logging software (Data Dog)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (AD, Flow) is a plus.
It's a plus if you've worked with Ansible before.
A knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is advantageous.
An understanding of Microsoft's automation tools is required.
