We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Financial Assistant with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be working as a financial assistant for the payment of old-age and sickness pensions.
Tasks include, for example:
Payments and withdrawals should be recorded.
SINK decisions and tax changes were registered.
Customers, internal and external stakeholders, and other stakeholders are communicated with and supported via telephone, email, and other channels.
Takes care of the department's physical mail on a regular basis.
Organizes various action lists
As a result of the effort, I am now involved in the manual and machine administration of old-age and sickness pension payments.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Has relevant education and a certain level of difficulty in the relevant area/role
Has worked in the relevant area/role for 1-3 years, and has participated in or completed a number of similar assignments
Can perform limited tasks independently
Scope: 100%
