Customer Project Management is responsible for managing projects within the B2B segment and they are the natural link between the customer and Tele2's delivery organization - from signed agreement, to implementation and handover to operation. The project managers lead in parallel several projects of varying size and complexity and the goal is always an efficient implementation and smooth customer experience.

This is the job

As manager for customer project management, you have overall responsibility for the project operations within Delivery & Operations. You plan and follow up the business from both a resource perspective and a financial perspective to ensure that the project-led implementations are carried out efficiently and with high quality.

Responsibilities include
We are looking for a dedicated leader who is comfortable with project management and used to work in a flexible work environment. You will be responsible for the overall direction and therefore it is very important for us that you are committed and that you have the ability to drive change and to continuously make processes better. Your strength is that you can visualize possibilities and that you are comfortable in customer relations.

Your colleagues in the team are managing projects that include products and services from Tele2's offering aimed at the B2B market. The team members have extensive experience of project management in telecom and we always work with high commitment and great customer and business focus.

We believe that you have been working in a similar role before and that you are motivated to deliver results. You have a great ability to prioritize and plan your schedule.

Requirements

• At least 3 years´of leadership including personnel responsibility
• Academic education related to the role we are looking for
• Knowledge in leading and coordinate functions within the project management area
• Experience and knowledge in project management, both in practice and theory
• Experience in leading specialists with good result
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• It is preferable if you have previous knowledge from the telecom industry
