Looking for a Network Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for a member to our global technical architect team, who will be overall responsible for the global Network IT environment, including both LAN and WAN design and solutions. Responsibilities also include Client and L2L IPSec VPN solutions, as well as Firewalls and Network Security. Position Description Your specific position will be responsible for coordinating and developing all these services and you will be part of a team which works tightly together, aiming to continuously develop all of the core infrastructural services within Mölnlycke Health Care. The position is permanent, reports to IT Technical architecture teamleader and is based at the corporate headquarters in Göteborg, Sweden. In detail, your main responsibilities will be to: . Define IT Network processes and structures and implement these with the IT Infrastructure global team and our networking providers..Work closely with both IT and business representatives to have optimal service and availability for the networking services..Proactively perform training and information to our global IT organization regarding networking functionality, processes and enhancements.. Perform monitoring of requested services to verify that the defined SLA:s are reached for the networking services.. Work with Projects within the area of Technical Networking and support with expert knowledge within business driven project with demands for changes of the networking setup.. Manage the planning, developing and implementing of global networking policies and procedures for the Global Network environment.Qualifications and personal qualities As the nature of the daily work is both practical and on the design level, you need to have extensive, in-depth knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies and design, as well as the IP Protocol. Knowledge of Cisco PIX firewall and Cisco VPN concentrator series is preferable, as well as Cisco ACS and Log/Configuration handling.At least 5 years working experience is required within this field. An education of B.Sc or equivalent is an advantage.
