Looking for a Senior Software Developer/ Scrum Master in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Scrum Master/ Senior Software Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our agile development team.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Teams Scrum master, you will ensure the delivery and quality of a comprehensive I/O controller ECU in our future models as part of an empowered agile team.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate should be a self-motivated team member with high goals, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to excellence in everything he/she does.
You approach your job in a systematic manner and possess analytical abilities that you have effectively applied to challenging technical challenges in the past.
The applicant must interact well with their colleagues and is willing to share their work and experience, and are not afraid to ask for assistance when you need it.
At the same time, while dealing with others, such as suppliers, you have no concerns about expressing your own perspective and setting high standards.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, or a related field is required. A master's degree in science is especially valuable.
We anticipate you to have several years of experience as a Scrum master in an Agile framework environment, including its principles and practices.


Other:
Experience in the design and development of automotive software and hardware is advantageous.
Particularly in the context of Body Controllers or complicated computing systems.
