Looking for a Solution Architect in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Solution Architect with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Working primarily in the Production domain, you will be responsible for recommending appropriate IT solutions for the appropriate life-cycle. You will be the product development process's interface, contributing to the P&L architectural vision and technical roadmap.


One of your primary responsibilities will be to comprehend the current architecture of our existing landscape and to assist our product teams in their journey toward the target architecture. By collaborating with other architects, you will play a critical role in facilitating the reuse of ideas, applications, components, and proven patterns not only within stakeholders but also across the enterprise. You will also play a key role in the development and dissemination of best practises, technical content, and the preparation and presentation of the foundation for architectural recommendations while keeping quality characteristics in mind.


You will collaborate closely with the Lead Solution Architects and Business Architects in your domain, as well as other roles like Software Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Line Managers, Product Owners, and so on. You will collaborate with other IT departments to return IT strategies and communicate P&L requirements in order to secure the overall IT architecture for the Production units.


You will be responsible for driving the overall architecture forward in collaboration with the rest of the architect team and the product teams within the department.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Experience working with production systems, including knowledge of industry standards such as ISA95, MESA Model, and SCOR, as well as experience with Industry 4.0 implementations
An agile mindset, as well as previous experience working with/in DevOps teams
Depending on the context, the ability to switch between overview and details
For at least 5 years, worked in a strategic role in creating IT solutions, with extensive experience architecting technical solutions in a complex IT landscape.
Experience driving significant technical and organisational change as part of a digital transformation journey in large organisations
Modelling experience and the ability to develop various points of view at various levels, from simple to complex, depending on the need and audience
