LAMB is Stockholm's first coworking space and social club with a focus on wellbeing. We have established a proof-of-concept for what the future of work should look like – right in the heart of the city.
We are looking for a high-energy Chief Sales Officer to establish LAMB’s most significant revenue-driving relationships, and manage all aspects of the sales process.
They will be responsible for the overall sales strategy for LAMB – sketching out and documenting our strategy and communicating across the leadership team; setting sales targets and KPIs, tracking them monthly, quarterly and yearly; and using the data to making strategic decisions to generate revenue.
They are also responsible for identifying, packaging and selling corporate programs (Workshops, Team Retreats and more); project managing the rollout of those programs; selling those programs to customers; reporting back on results; and optimizing regularly based on customer feedback.
They will also be a tireless advocate for the customer, orienting the sales process around the buyer’s journey, and providing a positive and efficient purchasing experience.
They will be responsible for working with the team to create new sales opportunities to expand the LAMB brand and mission. And they will work closely with the Marketing team to develop a strategy to generate new leads.
Skills and abilities:
Experience setting and reporting on effective sales strategies, targets and KPIs
Initiative planning and execution
Successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Outstanding negotiation skills
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate the sales and operational team
Able to work in a fast-paced business environment and works well under pressure
Technologically savvy and experienced leveraging a CRM system (Hubspot) to make data-driven decisions and manage the sales pipeline
Experience working in strategic financial planning
Able to deliver management-level analyses and opinions to leadership team/board
Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in sales and management roles
University degree required
Fluent in English
