We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a IT PM/RTE with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an IT PM/RTE to work for one of our telecom clients with the following responsibilities:
Train as a co-driver/RTE for B2B Soft and B2O duties.
Plan, host, and follow up PI-Planning occasions
Support Projects/Initiatives and Teams in their working methods
Support-meetings, information-material, and update convergence
Agile coach for implementing ARTs, teams, and RTEs, as well as suggesting and implementing concrete improvements in working methods.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Experience with transformation programmes for scaling agile ways of working and transitioning from projects to agile ways of working in large corporations' IT departments.
Experience with ART implementation as a Coach/RTE competencies:
SPC, Agile methodologies and principles, and safe certifications
Change Management in Information Technology
Jira, Confluence Skills
Collaborative \Communicative \Organizational/Structured
Hands-on, ready to do one's own work
