Your role

You will be part of our IT Methods and Tools (IM&T) team. IM&T is the company's central IT department, which in addition to the traditional IT operations are responsible to support and develop all digital R&D, ERP and Production solutions needed for development and maintenance of our final products. We are deeply involved in the company's operations, and support the development and production of the products such as the submarine A26 and next generation of surface ships.



Your role will be to help support our electrical CAD system users as well as perform system administration tasks.



The main tasks are:

* Contribute to development of our methodology in cooperation with the product design teams
* Structured Information Management in business applications and through shared integrations
* Support Kockums application users and perform system administration of our electrical CAD applications (EPLAN P8, EPLAN View and Cadett Elsa)
* A service minded approach and proactive structured way of work, collaborating with the business stakeholders and system users
* Improve, develop and update the system applications of the electrical CAD blueprint.



Your profile

We are looking for you who are an operative team player with a passion for helping our business improve and perform, by supporting our co-workers in their daily work in the electrical CAD applications. You have a good sense of producing and maintaining qualitative and robust solutions that benefits the business. In order to be successful in the role you need to be communicative, a problem solver, service minded with good skills in analysing information.



Required skills:

* University education (M.Sc.) in Information Technology or equal proven experience through work life
* Considerable knowledge of IT operations and support driven by business demand
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written



Desired skills:

* 3D CAD in EPLAN P8, EPLAN View and Cadett Elsa experience on a professional level both practical and in theory is a plus.
* Knowledge in cyber security and experience from IT environment operations and support within defence industry or yard industry is a plus
* Administrative knowledge in Eplan and the ability to automate functions through scripting or creation of specialized tools within the software.
* Driving license B



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

Place of employment is either Malmö or Karlskrona. Business trips between the two sites will occur occasionally.
