Looking for VM Ware Administrator

· In-depth technical knowledge of VMWare / Virtualization product and technologies.
· In-depth knowledge and experience on VMware ESX and ESXi (5.5, 6.5 , 6.7) hypervisors installation and administration.
· Provide subject matter expertise in tuning and configuration of virtual environments.
· In depth troubleshooting skills in VCenter, ESXi hosts, Networking and storage ( SAN , ISCSI , VSAN )
· Experience in enterprise architecture, Virtualization, Cloud computing, Hyper converged solution, Datacenter migration, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
· Experience in consolidation and upgrade and Capacity planning skill for virtual hosts and VMs.
· Experience in the design and development of innovative solutions in a large enterprise using much of Virtualization technologies and consulting architects / engineering as required.
· Automate the end to end delivery and management of Virtual Infra and accelerate application deployment and releases.
· Advanced trouble shooting skills and ability to collaborate with other Infrastructure teams to resolve issues
· Experience in Migration of Virtual Infra between DCs
· Ability to develop, automate and implement VM operations best practices.
· Ensure highest levels of ownership, accountability and service are maintained
· Participate in out of hours support to fulfil production and project needs as required.
· Ensure Operational process and procedures are formally documented, maintained and adhered to.
· Experience on planning, deploying and maintain VMware vSphere environments.
· VM deployment skills form Templates and OVA/OVF.
· P2 V and V 2V conversion skills
· Good knowledge on VMware integrated backup and restore solutions.
· Scripting skills.
