You are an expert in the area of CRM and Loyalty program management with advanced knowledge and experience in Marketing and Communications (including digital). You have a thorough understanding of what the IKEA brand means and how it should be incorporated in everything IKEA does. You are experienced with community engagement with a strong customer focus. You possess strong leadership skills and proven experience in driving team results as well as coaching and developing people. Do you recognize yourself?
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As the Loyalty & Customer Community Manager, you will lead the development of Ingka Centres’ global loyalty program framework and community management approach and ensure that is aligned with Ingka Centres’ values and directions.
Amongst other things, you will:
• Set the global direction for Ingka Centres’ loyalty community program and partnership strategy that aims to drive visitation for the Meeting Places.
• Lead the development of tools and frameworks to support and enable Meeting Places in building their local loyalty communities and ensure continuous development through close collaboration with the Accelerator Hub, Customer Experience, Digital Customer Experience, Marketing Insights & Analytics and in particular the Meeting Place Managers.
• Coach and support Business Partners and Meeting Place Managers in the local adoption of the global loyalty program and community management framework.
In this role you will be based in Malmö, Sweden and report to our Marketing Manager.

As our Loyalty & Customer Community Manager you will form part of the Commercial & Digital domain. The Commercial & Digital team’s mission is to enable Meeting Places, acting as a commercial engine to drive visitation and brand awareness through partnership and co-creation of innovative commercial and customer solutions, concepts and insights, creating an outstanding 360* experience for customers and communities.
