The Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for the optimization, development & growth of customer value, engagement, and retention. This is a key role in driving, delivering, and continuously maximizing and improving the reward loyalty program across our international markets.

What you’ll be doing
Take ownership and serve as our subject matter expert in driving, developing, and executing the roll-out of the loyalty program together with our cross-functional team. Continuously evaluate the program’s performance and investigates opportunities in order to recommend improvements to the structure and strategy of the program.
Key responsibilities
- Manages all day-to-day activities with the overall success and growth of the Loyalty Program business.
- Stay on top of the internal financial aspects of the system, make sure there is a good balance between the generation of new currency as well as the expenditure.
- Work proactively to solve problems and enhance the user experience and format of the Loyalty Program.
- Work collaboratively across business teams to forecast, manage and analyze program performance metrics and to report on activities.
- Define models, analysis, and reports of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the Loyalty Program.
- Secure the right business priorities towards IT in order to make improvements and changes to the system.
- Control the Loyalty Shop associated with the Loyalty Program and ensure correct product placement, prizes, and campaigns.
Drive implementation of new products and features into the Loyalty Program and the associated Loyalty Shop.
Is this you?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or marketing preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar Loyalty Program, CRM, and digital marketing role.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational, analytical skills and experience in project management.
- Good understanding of technical development & implementations.
- Knowledge of software supporting sales and loyalty programs.
- Possess relationship-builder and interpersonal skills.
